About
The Okay Bouquet Flower Shop offers flowers with a smile!
Okay Bouquet Flower Shop was founded by Hamilton-based artist Jahn Page to transform the fleeting joy of a fresh arrangement into a permanent fixture.
The project is rooted in Page’s tenure as a flower delivery driver, where he witnessed firsthand the immediate, transformative power a bouquet has on a person's spirit. Today, the 2023 DeSerres Prize winner translates that experience into a curated collection of "objects of joy."
Okay Bouquet is the latest evolution of Page’s "Positive Gestures"—a series of vibrant, hand-built shaped canvases that bridge the gap between fine art and the built object. By translating the fleeting nature of floral tributes into permanent, painted reliefs, Jahn offers a way to collect the beauty of nature in a form that never fades. From accessible posters to his signature "Original Prints"—handcrafted works featuring embedded sculptures—every piece is dedicated to bringing positive color and vibrant imagery into the everyday spaces we inhabit.

While the Okay Bouquet Flower Shop was inspired by the transformative power of flower deliveries, the aesthetic of the series was born in the studio. My first painting in the collection served as a quiet self-portrait, loosely based on my mental health journey at the time. It was this specific work that introduced the "flowers with a smile"—a visual anchor of resilience that has since defined the project. While the series began in a place of personal introspection, it has grown to focus on the vibrant, high-energy joy these permanent arrangements bring to everyday spaces.
Every order is fulfilled with premium art-handling standards and shipped in protective, eco-conscious packaging to ensure it arrives ready to inspire.
