Orders
How are your products made?
We offer two distinct types of art. Our Poster and Canvas collections are produced via a premium print-on-demand service with facilities worldwide; this ensures your art is printed on museum-quality materials at a location closest to you to reduce carbon emissions. Our "Original Prints" are a truly unique, sculptural product line. These are handmade by artist Jahn Page in his Toronto studio, where he physically embeds sculptures into the stretched canvas prints.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, please reach out to us at hello@okaybouquet.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help.
I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?
We are so sorry if your art arrived in less-than-perfect condition. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us at hello@okaybouquet.com within a week of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will prioritize getting a replacement sent out to you.
When will I get my order?

Poster & Canvas Prints: It typically takes 3–7 business days to fulfill these orders, after which they are shipped.

Original Prints (Handmade): As these feature hand-embedded sculptures by the artist, please allow an additional 10 business days for studio production before shipping.

Where will my order ship from?
Standard poster and canvas prints ship from the fulfillment center nearest to your location. Original Prints and special handmade editions ship directly from Jahn Page’s studio in Hamilton, Canada.
Will I be charged customs for my order? Additional customs and tax fees may occur on international orders. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Because customs policies vary widely by country, we recommend checking with your local office directly to see if duties and taxes apply to your purchase.
Returns
Do you offer refunds?
Because each piece—from our museum-quality posters to our handmade Original Prints—is made specifically for you upon ordering, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse. However, your satisfaction is our priority. Refunds or replacements are happily offered if you receive the wrong item or if your order arrives damaged. If this is the case, please contact us at hello@okaybouquet.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will make it right!
